Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams under the guidance of the QA Team Lead to evaluate and ensure system quality.
- Use various methods and tools to test and validate project deliverables.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure clear communication of quality metrics.
- Identify, document, and track issues or defects and work with teams to resolve them.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and tools.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on QA progress and findings.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in documenting test plans, test cases, and results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work after hours or weekends when necessary (with pre-approval).

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with public sector or healthcare-related projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and other iterative project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
