**Hiring all levels of A&P Mechanics, in Palo Alto, paying up to $50/hr!** **Job Description** A well-established flight operation and maintenance facility in the Bay Area is seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join its team. With a diverse fleet of 63 general aviation aircraft, we specialize in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services. We are looking to hire three experienced mechanics to support ongoing maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has general aviation (GA) experience, particularly with piston-engine aircraft such as Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Diamond, and Cirrus. Candidates with Inspection Authorization (IA) are highly preferred. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and preventative maintenance on GA aircraft + Conduct thorough inspections in accordance with FAA regulations + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and avionics issues + Complete accurate and timely maintenance records + Collaborate with flight operations to ensure aircraft availability **Work Environment** This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor hangars. We offer two shifts: 8am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8pm, Monday through Friday. Flexible shifts are available to accommodate commute times. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
