トランスパーフェクト東京オフィスで、Account Coordinator/Account Managerを募集しております。
- The Account Manager will focus on client relationships, account growth, and profitability, as well as strategy and consulting of the client on best practices for going global.
- The Account Manager will need to manage complex multi-market website projects from large and medium-sized international corporations.
- This role requires a business and tech-savvy, a strategic thinker, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a high level of Cultural Intelligence.
- The candidate should have localization sales or account management experience (note that this is not a sales position, but upselling in assigned accounts will be needed).
- The candidate should feel comfortable communicating with digital marketing executives and have confidence leading online content/website projects with the help of production, technology, and quality teams.
- The candidate will form a part of an international team of Account Managers within the global Client Services team and will have a chance to work directly with Japanese and APAC clients. - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in client management and/or business relationship development, preferably in a multicultural international setup
- Superior written and spoken business communication skills in Japanese and English; (proficiency in an additional Asian language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of confidence – this is a 100% client-facing and teams’ coordination role
- Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and dynamic with careful attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goals
- Demonstrated ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team and take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
- Hunger to learn and understand the client’s industry and landscape
- Proficiency with numbers – calculate budgets, forecasts, discounts. Ability to crunch data and present in business meetings
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project and social media/digital marketing platforms. Understanding of CMS’s, e-commerce platforms, BI tools, and localization tools
- Willingness to travel to offsite client or sales meetings
