日本の油圧事業でシェアを伸ばしてゆくため、営業担当者を募集しております。営業担当者は成長機会をとらえて市場開拓活動を実行する必要があります。また、チームプレーヤーとして透明性を維持し、日本市場での油圧事業に積極的にアプローチする必要があります。

Job Responsibilities

• 顧客（建機、農機中心）向け直接販売と代理店向け販売の拡大。
• 収益性の向上:利益率の低い製品の価格改善。
• 顧客販売と代理店販売の売上、受注予測の作成。
• 支払期間短縮と未回収金の削減。
• 新製品や既存製品の顧客要求仕様の確認。
• 顧客や競合会社、その他市場に関する情報収集。
• 海外BU（Business unit）とのコミュニケーション、レポート

Background & Skills

• 車業界or建設機械or農業機械のOEM or 代理店への営業経験3年以上。
• 4大卒以上 日本語:ビジネスレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル
• MS Office（Excel、Word、Power Point）使用可。
• コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、目標達成力、前向きな姿勢。
• 顧客ニーズの把握力、提案力、企画力。
• SAPベースの営業管理ERPの使用経験があると望ましい。
• 油圧製品の知識があると望ましい。
