The Role

• This position supports the Finance Supervisor in a broad range of accounting and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include journal entry posting, managing monthly/quarterly/year-end closings, handling accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports for U.S. headquarters. The role also involves working with internal teams on working capital, tax filings, and audit preparations.
  In addition to core accounting duties, the role includes general affairs and office operations such as managing leases, company devices, and IT equipment, and supporting new employee onboarding.

Your Skills

• Experience with monthly and yearly closing, preferably in a global company
• Basic knowledge of US-GAAP and J-GAAP
• Business Japanese and Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
