Job Description

As a competent AP Accountant you sought to provide essential support to our retail department, handling tasks related to AP accounting, fixed asset accounting, monthly closing, bank payments, budgeting, and forecasting.

Description

* Perform AP accounting and fixed asset accounting activities
* Handle monthly closing processes together with the Accounting Manager and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Manage bank payments efficiently and accurately
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the retail department
* Work with SAP systems for all accounting tasks
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
* Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes
* Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English

Profile

A successful AP Accountant should have:

* Proficiency in Japanese and English languages
* Experience with SAP or similar financial software
* Knowledge of AP accounting and fixed asset accounting
* Experience in managing bank payments
