Job Description

Randstad Canada is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant looking for an amazing new contract opportunity.

Are you very organized and have strong attention to detail? Do you like working with numbers and have experience in Accounting? Do you have a positive can-do attitude and take pride in your work?

Responsibilities
- Assisting with data entry for the accounting department
- Assisting with AR and AP functions
- Managing financial documents
- Maintaining a filing system to aid in clerical duties
- Entering and reconciliation of credit card statements
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced accounting role
- Must enjoy working with numbers including strong attention to detail,
- Great prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely organized and willing to learn new skills

- Can handle pressure and deadlines
- Tech-savvy (experience with MS Office and various accounting software)
- Professional Team Player
