Responsibilities- Perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, and servicing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues.
- Complete repairs and ensure all work meet airworthiness standards.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient task completion.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Aerospace, or related field (preferred).
- Transport Canada AME (M, S, or E) License (preferred).
- 3-5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Required experience on Dash 8 and CRJ aircraft.
- Proficient with maintenance documentation systems and diagnostic tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work Monday to Friday, on morning or afternoon shifts.
- Able to provide 2-3 professional references upon request.
Employment Details- Salary: Market-competitive pay
- Type: Permanent full-time
- Location: Calgary, Alberta
- Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday
- Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
- Compensation & Benefits: Bi-weekly pay, Health, dental, life, and disability insurance, Health Care Spending Account (HCSA), Performance-based bonus
- Relocation budget: $1,500–$2,000 for candidates relocating from within Canada (outside Alberta)
