The Role

• Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policie
• Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare and process payments
• Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries
• Resolve payment inquiries and disputes with vendors

Y our Skills

• Financial Reporting - Experience with month-end close activities, accruals, and journal entries
• Vendor Relationship Management - Ability to communicate and resolve issues
• Attention to Detail - Strong focus on accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records
• Bilingual Communication - Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to write and communicate effectively in both languages
• Time Management - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• ERP & Accounting Software - Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
