• Join a mission-driven international educational institution based in Kansai that fosters a diverse, global learning environment. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our day-to-day financial activities and vendor relationships.

The Role

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to manage orders, resolve discrepancies, and track shipments
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, contracts, and vendor files
• Assist in budget tracking and reporting related to purchasing activities
  Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements

Your Skills

• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is required
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or similar administrative roles
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in an international environment is a plus

• 4,000,000 yen - 6,000,000 yen
