Job ID# 6220 Overview Manages surface infrastructure scope, including roads, utilities, buildings, and non-process areas related to the Mill. Ensures execution meets cost, quality, and schedule KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities - Deliver surface infrastructure projects, including water treatment, administration facilities, and laydown areas.
- Integrate with Mill Area and underground teams for interface alignment.
- Enforce contractor performance through KPIs and performance reviews.
- Coordinate site logistics and camp/infrastructure readiness.
Qualifications / Requirements - Civil or Construction Engineering degree.
- 10+ years in surface works for mining or industrial facilities.
- Experience in Arctic or remote site construction considered an asset
