We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for our client's growing team in Japan.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by generating and managing a pipeline of enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand and address their needs.
• Collaborate with third-party advisors (real estate specialists, consultants, etc.) to uncover sales opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Partner with Operations and Sales teams across regions to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Provide feedback to enhance solutions and improve customer service.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in solutions or services.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to design tailored product offerings and contracts.
• Familiarity with corporate decision-making and business case development.
• Preferred experience in corporate real estate or consulting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
• Availability for domestic travel.
