Job Description

■The Role

1. As the person in charge of production planning for the manufacturing line, formulate and oversee inventory and production plans for products.
2. As a supervisor of processing operations, formulate inventory and processing plans for all processed products and provide support to members of the team. He also reviews and improves work assignments and business processes.
3. He/she will plan inventory and production plans considering the demand information (sales forecast/production capacity) obtained through S&OP and taking into account the short- to medium-term balance.
4. Grasp inventory targets, formulate production plans within the targets, and conduct inventory operations.
5. Analyze the trend of each product based on shipment and production data, and make proposals and changes such as MTO/MTS and discontinuation.
6. Set up, maintain, and modify product item master data.

■Your Skills

• 10 years of experience in production planning and SCM at a manufacturer
• Basic level of English (Basic work will be in Japanese, so I was trying to study English - just reading and writing is fine).

• 6 million yen - 8 million yen
