The Successful Applicant

• 7-10 years of experience in a construction project management role, with preference given to candidates familiar with Canadian projects

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven ability to manage Commercial and Institutional projects, including new builds and institutional additions

• Experience overseeing complex projects, with responsibility for operations, client communication, administration, and overall project execution

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Skilled in leading project teams, providing guidance, and offering regular performance feedback

• In-depth understanding of construction processes, trades, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and MS Project
