The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Auto& Personal Lines Agent ready to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have full-time availability (Tuesday through Saturday), but if you are a proactive, coachable licensed trainee, we want to hear from you too!

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service to our clients

· Assisting with auto and Personal lines transactions

· Build and manage personalized customer portfolios

· Quote optional coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities

· Maintain accurate digital records in our paperless environment

· Comply with company procedures and professional standards

About You

· Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License preferred

· Driver Licensing experience is an asset

· Experience in ICBC and Personal Lines

· Superior organization, communication, and customer service skills

· Able to prioritize and work in fast-paced environments

· Detail-oriented and high degree of accuracy

· Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

· Flexible with job duties and/or hours as necessary
