Key role responsibilities include:
Greet customers to quickly and effectively transition from sales to finance during their vehicle purchase journey
Determine optimal customer financing needs based on a comprehensive interview with the customer(s)
Present a product menu to the customer(s) that details their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
Continued product learning leading to superior product knowledge to effectively recommend financing options and additional products to customers
Process finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all OMVIC, provincial, and federal laws and regulations
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Setting and achieving targeted sales goals
Ensuring that all related administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Prior auto sales experience preferred
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and desire to work with technology
Valid G driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
OMVIC License is required
Required experience:
Automotive Business Office: 1 year

Compensation is 100% Commission based with tier levels. Based on expected closure rates of 65%, projected annual income should range from $75,000 to $135,000 annually*
