Job Description Barista and Cashier Location Guelph, ON :

Location: 18 Wilson Street, Guelph, ON, N1H 4G5

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare our full menu of quality beverages, toppings and desserts by adhering to company standard operating procedures
• Operate POS, credit card/debit card and delivery app terminals
• Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock from storage and assisting with inventory orders when needed
• Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store
• Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines and COVID standards and protocols
• May be required to lift and carry up to 25 kg

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills in person and on phone - polite, efficient and great attitude
• Quick learner, strong organizational skills, team player and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, pro-active, problem solver and able to handle tasks with minimum supervision
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
• Act with integrity and honesty
• Prior Retail, Food and/or Customer Service experience an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Fluent in Vietnamese or Korean is an advantage.
