You'll be:** - Serving as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and knowledge of products and services. - Assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls, providing support for policy retention and resolving service and claims issues. - Collecting, documenting, and entering data into multiple applications while consistently meeting departmental standards related to quality and performance metrics. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have a High School diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and 2-5 years of experience with knowledge of claims processes. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. - Are adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and adapting to changing circumstances. **What happens next** Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
