Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with over 3 years of experience in managing client work for toC and toG; to oversee the entire process of planning, execution, and operation of client projects, delivering value and long-term support. You'll solve business problems, manage stakeholders and ensure a sustainable support system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning: - Define project objectives, system requirements, and scope. - Estimate labor hours and create schedules. - Identify necessary resources and personnel. - Manage contract documentation. 2. Progress Management: - Monitor project progress, resources, and budgets. - Implement risk and communication management. - Create and manage documentation. 3. Delivery: - Ensure quality control, manage deliverables, and oversee payments. 4. Operation: - Build operation and maintenance support systems with teams. - Collaborate with clients to define their vision and work with development teams to make it a reality. - Design proposals and business plans aligned with client goals. > The candidate must have business level Japanese language skills. > Based on your experience you maybe hired as a Lead PM or Assistant PM. > Annual Salary: 4.8 million to 8.4 million Japanese yen.
