At the moment, Blum is looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns to join as Blumies ! If you’re passionate about Web3, love engaging with communities, and want hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Support and engage with our community across Telegram, Twitter, and Discord
• Assist with ad hoc tasks , helping different teams with marketing, content, and operations
• Monitor community discussions, provide insights, and help keep the vibe positive
• Contribute ideas to improve user engagement and grow our ecosystem

Requirements:

• Passion for Web3, crypto, and community building
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different audiences
• Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing priorities
• A proactive mindset – you take the initiative, not just follow instructions
