About this Position

建設用接着剤/ 発泡ウレタン商材ブランド SISTAのブランドマネージャー 

What you´ll do

• Design and execution of domestic brand strategies based on the global team's brand strategy.
• Portfolio design and lifecycle management for SISTA brand products, including the introduction of new products to the domestic market.
• Development and execution of sales, promotional, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profit for SISTA brand products.
• Collaborative work with internal departments, related teams, and global members to design and implement strategies.
• グローバルチームのブランド戦略をもとに、国内マーケット状況に適応した国内ブランド戦略の立案と実行 
• 新製品の国内導入・製品開発サポート・価格戦略などを含むSISTAブランド製品のポートフォリオ設計・およびライフサイクルマネジメント 
• 市場動向・競合分析・顧客ニーズ等のマーケットリサーチの実施 
• SISTAブランド製品の競争力・売上/利益を最大化する販売/販促/マーケティング戦略の設計・遂行 
• 戦略設計・導入のための部署内/関連部署/グローバルチーム/メンバーとのコラボレーションワーク

What makes you a good fit

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing roles
• Proven experience in product, category, or brand management
• Experience in planning, designing, and executing strategies and programs in sales and marketing
• Experience and skill to drive the above marketing tasks independently
• English proficiency: Business level
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including with international colleagues using English
• Extensive experience in building relationships, engaging in discussions, and negotiating with internal and external partners across roles, levels, and nationalities
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
• マーケティング職務経験 5年以上
• プロダクト/カテゴリー/ブランドマネージメントの経験
• 販売/マーケティング領域における戦略/プログラム 立案・設計・実行経験
• 上記のマーケティング業務を独立して推進するための経験とスキル
• 英語スキル：ビジネスクラス
• ロジカルに物事を分析でき、Solution-Orientedな考え方をお持ちの方
• 交渉力やコミュニケーション能力に優れた方（英語を活用した社内外国人を含む）
• 職種・階級・国籍を問わず社内/社外のパートナーとの関係を構築し、議論・討議・交渉において豊富な経験をお持ちの方
• 自発的に行動ができ Self-motivated な方
