Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Identify gaps in business processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are met.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training or documentation if needed.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze business data to generate reports and insights

Job Qualifications:

• Over 10 Years of experience .
• Should possess end-to-end understanding from requirement gathering onwards.
• Software Engineering experience, in any technology
• Project Leader/Manager experience in any software project
• Experience in sizing, estimating and scheduling a software project
• Experience in writing software requirements specification for any industry after hearing from the Planning department

Japanese language : Business level japanese (N2) and business level english
