Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• Prepare financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
• Support business planning and strategy through data-driven insights
• Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, costs, and profitability
• Perform cost benefit analysis and ROI analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, operations, IT, leadership)
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support regulatory compliance and internal controls
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management

Technical Skills

• Financial analysis & modeling
• Accounting principles (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• SQL (data extraction)
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Statistics
• MBA / CFA / FRM / CA / CMA (preferred for senior roles)
