Description

* Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company goals
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
* Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
* Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin
* Ability to travel as required
