You will identify, develop, and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances across all therapeutic areas, significantly contributing to the company's growth. You will build strong relationships with external stakeholders, manage complex projects, and ensure compliance with all regulations. 求められる経験
■Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in business development preferred.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating business development transactions.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese pharmaceutical market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
