Your new role  

The Discovery Analyst will support legal and operational teams by managing the collection, organization, and delivery of electronic data across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that data is handled in a defensible, proportionate, and cost-effective manner. You will have deep experience in electronic information management and eDiscovery. A strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with legal counsel, paralegals, custodians, and stakeholders to manage discovery-related preservation.
• Collect and process data from enterprise sources, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all discovery projects.
• Support document review processes, including database setup, and coding panels.
• Provide training and support on discovery tools and processes.
• Participate in Legal Operations projects and support system upgrades and testing.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation, eDiscovery, and managing the EDRM lifecycle.
• Experience in data preservation and collection from enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of litigation and eDiscovery workflows, including the full EDRM lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting document review and production workflows.
• Background in litigation support or paralegal work is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Completion of a recognized eDiscovery program or ACEDS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as OpenText Axcelerate, Office 365 Advanced eDiscovery, Legal Hold Pro, and Celebrite is desirable.
