Job Description
We're seeking a Car Detailer to join our client's team in Vars.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $18/hr
- Job Type/Shift: Monday - Friday
- Monday: 8am- 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 8am- 5pm
- Wednesday: 8am -7 or 8pm
- Thursday: 8am- 3pm
- Friday: 7:30am- 12:30pm
What You'll Do:
- Prepare vehicles for the auction by completing the reconditioning process as per company procedures & customer service level agreements.
- Complete a variety of vehicle detailing stations including interior detailing, upholstery cleaning, dressing vinyl, removing tar and decals, vacuuming and shampooing interior, window cleaning, pre-wash, buffering, and quality control.
- May be assigned to photograph/stage vehicles post-detail.
- May be responsible for inspecting the quality of work performed prior to moving the vehicle to the next stage of the reconditioning process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Maintain good operating condition of equipment and facilities, advising management of equipment breakdowns or maintenance needs.
- Practice and promote teamwork within the department.
- Work within established company safety procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and security for employees and property
- Follow safe working procedures and reporting procedures for injuries, loss or damage of property.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- High School education (or equivalent) preferred.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
- Satisfactory driver's abstract & criminal record check required.
- Ability to drive a standard transmission preferred.
- Basic computer & smartphone skills required.
