New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor/manager to foster performance and success. No licenses needed to apply - we help you through licensing!

• Communication skills - Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds to explain benefits.
• Willingness to learn - Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal/team goals.
• Relationship building - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention.
