What You’ll Like About This Job
GFL Environmental is hiring Class 1 or 3 Drivers in Fernie, BC to operate front-load and ancillary trucks on scheduled waste and recycling routes. This hands-on role involves servicing multiple clients daily and ensuring safe and clean operations at each site. Ideal candidates hold a valid commercial driver’s licence, are safety-minded, and enjoy working in a dynamic outdoor environment.

What You’ll Need
• Valid Class 1 or 3 commercial driver’s licence
• Ability to safely drive and operate front-load trucks
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Good coordination and spatial awareness
• Basic maintenance knowledge of commercial trucks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
