The Role

Skills

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth tech or fintech company
• Strong background in fundraising, investor relations, and financial operations
• Deep understanding of global financial regulations and startup ecosystems
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus
