We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights. As a fully remote team member, you will play a key role in driving financial strategies and supporting the growth of the business.
Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Manage audits and tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Manage and optimize financial operations to improve efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws.
Develop financial models and provide recommendations for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams on financial processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance.
Chartered Accountant qualification.
Registered with the relevant professional society (e.g., SAICA).
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial management principles.
Proven experience in financial reporting, audits, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
