Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Leadership in Education | Finance

We are seeking a  Chief Financial Officer (CFO)to join one of Qatar's  top-rated international schools, offering the  British and American curriculum . This senior leadership role is perfect for someone with strong financial acumen, ready to oversee the school’s financial operations and drive financial sustainability, ensuring the school’s resources are aligned with its goals for academic excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

🟢  Oversee all financial operations of the school, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
🟢  Develop and implement financial strategies that support the long-term goals of the school.
🟢  Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
🟢  Manage the financial risks and opportunities of the school, ensuring sound financial health and growth.
🟢  Work closely with the senior leadership team to align the school’s financial strategy with its academic and operational goals.
🟢  Lead the finance team , ensuring efficient financial operations and providing strategic insights into financial performance.
🟢  Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the school, making recommendations for cost-saving measures and improving financial processes.

Job Requirements

✔️  Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️  At least 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the education sector.
✔️ Proven experience in  budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting .
✔️ Strong knowledge of  financial regulations and best practices in the education industry.
✔️  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills .
✔️  Fully qualified and licensed professionals only (as per the client's demand).
