• We're hiring a Compliance Assistant for our client who is a growing payment company in Tokyo! This is a support role where you'll be assisting across a wide range of compliance matters-from AML/KYC/CFT to regulatory filings and internal controls.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate who may not have direct compliance experience yet, but shows strong potential, interest in the FinTech space, and has the mindset to learn and grow.

The Role

• Support the Compliance Manager/Officer in daily operations
• Assist in AML, KYC and CFT checks and documentation
• Prepare and review regulatory reports and filings
• Help maintain compliance frameworks, manuals, and internal policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across legal, operations, and product teams

Y our Skills

• 0-2 years of work experience (compliance or legal-related background is a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and interest in compliance, finance, or fintech
• Good communication skills (Japanese fluency required; English a plus)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable handling administrative tasks with ownership

Salary

• 6,000,000 yen - 10,000,000 yen
