Job Description

The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for enthusiastic game day stand supervisors to provide an excellent fan experience for our patrons. A Stand Supervisor is a primary liaison between the concession staff and the managment team. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise staff, delivery a fan first experience, and control inventory. Must be 18+.

What you will do:

• Supervise up to 16 seasonal employees
• Excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Conduct pre and post-game inventory
• Ensure stand efficiency through proper management of stock and staff members
• Order additional stock during the game to keep stands replenished
• Follow up on employees that they are following all process and procedures
• Take measures to eliminate and control spoilage and oversee the end of game clean-up.

Requirements

• Smart Choices Course
• Food Handlers Course
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work all Blue Bomber home games on evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat
