The Legacy at North Augusta is looking for a dedicated PRN Concierge/Receptionist! As a Concierge/Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and helpful voice for our residents and visitors, ensuring every interaction is exceptional.

This PRN Concierge/Receptionist position offers flexible, on-call hours—including weekends and evenings—perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering top-notch customer service.

As a Concierge/Receptionist, you’ll:

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and team members
  • Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Create a warm, inviting atmosphere from the front desk

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and direct patients, visitors, and team members upon arrival
  • Manage multiple phone lines, answering calls promptly and professionally
  • Check-in patients, verifying and updating their information in our system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with various administrative tasks
  • Provide general information about our community and services
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • One-year of experience as administrative support preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare reception
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional multitasking skills without compromising on accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
