求められる経験
■Requirements
・5-10 years of experience in a retail leadership role, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
・Demonstrated expertise in building and motivating high-performing teams, including talent development and succession planning.
・Strong customer relationship management skills and a deep understanding of luxury retail principles.
・Experience in collaborating with merchandising and buying teams to optimize product offerings.
・Fluent in Japanese and business-proficient in English.
