Essential Skills & Experience

✅ Photography & Videography

• Experience in real estate photography & videography (interiors, exteriors, drone shots).
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and staging for homes.
• Ability to shoot in various lighting conditions (daylight, twilight, interiors).
• Experience with drone photography/video (optional but valuable).

✅ Video Editing & Post-Production

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve .
• Experience with color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics .
• Ability to create smooth transitions, speed ramps, and cinematic effects .
• Familiarity with vertical format (Instagram Reels, TikTok) & horizontal format (YouTube, Facebook) .

✅ Photography Editing

• Strong photo retouching skills in Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop .
• Ability to enhance skies, remove distractions, and adjust lighting .

✅ Social Media Knowledge

• Understanding of real estate content trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube .
• Experience in creating short-form and long-form content .
• Ability to repurpose content for various platforms .

Summary

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will utilize your core skills in proofreading, copy editing, and writing to produce high-quality articles and marketing materials. Your ability to conduct thorough research and proficiency in word processing will enhance the depth and clarity of your work. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere will be advantageous as you create multimedia content that captivates our audience. Responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
