We are seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed Post-Booking Content Writer to build guest-facing documents that are accurate, engaging, and operationally sound. This role is responsible for writing, editing, and refining post-booking materials for our Group Jet Expeditions guests. This position will report to the TCS Creative Director and will be an independent contractor.

Success in this role requires a strong technical writing skills, a highly curious mind, and the ability to proactively seek out information across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, is highly self-directed, and has a natural drive for precision and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Write, edit, and proof high-quality post-booking guest communications, synthesizing operational logistics into clear, guest-friendly documents.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Management, Guest Services, Creative, and Marketing teams to capture and translate information into polished, on-brand materials.
  • Work directly in InDesign to pair copy with imagery and deliver final production-ready documents.
  • Maintain the voice, tone, and style guidelines for TCS and its partners, ensuring consistency across all post-booking materials.
  • Proactively lead project deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Input and update guest content into CMS systems as required.
  • Operate independently to track down missing information, clarify ambiguities, and drive projects to completion without heavy oversight.
  • Proofread rigorously for accuracy, clarity, brand voice, and technical correctness.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to every project, always asking, “How could this be even stronger?”

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional writing experience, ideally in travel, luxury, or experience-driven industries.
  • Outstanding technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp sophisticated information and translate it into simple, engaging copy.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and CMS platforms (experience with SmartSheet is a plus).
  • Natural curiosity, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership over projects.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a self-starter mentality and a bias toward action.
