Your new role
In your role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration of construction projects of varying sizes. In this role you will be: maintaining regular communications with internal staff, contractors and clients daily throughout the construction period, managing the entire contract process, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers on contract-related issues. Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor contract performance and ensure that all parties comply with contractual obligations. Make routine site visits and provide the supporting documentation, follow up on site visit reports, and meeting summary. Produce deficiency lists, sign the Certificate of Payment prepared by Administration. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and databases. What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited Architecture or Technical program. Ideally you will possess 8-10 years of direct CA experience. Prior experience with contract documents is required. Experience in Institutional, recreational and residential projects is a strong asset. Working knowledge of Procore is an asset. You will possess strong time management and customer services skills, be organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a base salary $80K - $110K+ (dependent on experience) + bonus and extended benefits.
