Contracts Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled, Contracts Administrator who will play an integral role as part of the Contracts and Legal Team. The Contract Administrator works independently and is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts from proposal stage to execution. The position works closely with project leads and managers across the organization and requires minimal supervision. A strong understanding of legal terms and conditions, contract risk structures, business terms, intellectual property, and provisions is an asset. The position also works collaboratively with other departments across the organization to promote compliance with policies and procedures, and corporate risk standards. The Contracts Administrator fosters close working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders and acts as liaison between clients and project leads to ensure timely and efficient management of contracts and legal commitments.
This full-time role is a 12-month term appointment, to be based in our Edmonton Development & Research Park office (south side location). The successful candidate can look forward to receiving some employment benefits, including the possibility of working hybrid.
