Your Mission: The credit team is looking for a member who is highly motivated to deliver great customer service, is positive, flexible, ambitious, and willing to take up more responsibilities occasionally.
Responsibilities: - Contact customers via telephone, e-mail, or mail for payments on delinquent accounts
- Reconcile accounts and communicate results with the customers
- Investigate disputed accounts and forward to the appropriate resource person for resolution
- Responsible for maintaining internal and external communication regarding delinquent accounts
- Provide supporting documentation to customers as requested
- Release orders that are on credit hold when appropriate
- Recommend to Credit Manager customers who should be on credit hold
- Forward invoices that need to be written off to the Business Controller for approval
- Provide customer service and develop relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers
- Maintain electronic collection notes for each customer account
- Answer inquiries and request information from internal and external personnel
- Perform additional administrative duties as requested.
Your profile: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related fields desired
- CCP Designation is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Strong analytical, logical, and proactive thinking
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Innovative mindset and adaptable to change
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
