Resolution Staffing Inc , working in partnership with one of our valued customers in the Trenton area, is seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have secondary education in business or technical fields, with a background is sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their clients’ and customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This position will

Duties

• Develop sustainable relationships with the customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develop and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Supply up to date deliveries when necessary
• Create quotes for customers
• Send out invoices
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Enter orders into the data system
• Occasional visits to customer locations
• Assist with sales inquiries and promote company products or services.
• Learning the company data system as well as all other associated software currently being employed in the sales department
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Develop product knowledge
• Learn and operate within the quality system requirements (ISO 9001-2008)

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business or Technical disciplines would be an asset
• Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally.
• Proficient in data entry
• Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately to resolve customer issues.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
