About the role:
Civica is currently recruiting talented individuals to join the team at Fines Victoria supporting the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety.
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines.
Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you with the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer’s day. We absolutely love the feedback we get from our customers telling us how our team have helped support them!

Rotating Roster - Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:30pm- No weekend, public holiday or night shifts.
Commence training and working in our Melbourne CBD office for the first 2 weeks, then in our geelong office conveniently located next to Flagstaff station and then Work from Home after successful completion of training and having reached base performance standards.

Permanent, Full-time role offering a starting salary of $70,052 (Inclusive of super).
