Customer Success Manager, Managed Cyber Risk Services
Location: Remote in Japan

BlueVoyant is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help manage our clients Managed Cyber Risk Service experience. You will be part of a fast-paced team that helps our clients identify, mitigate, and reduce vulnerabilities in their third-party ecosystem ensuring that critical business operations continue unhindered.
Our Customer Success Managers are third party risk experts that are solutions focused, with experience operationalizing third party risk management programs for organizations large and small. They are committed to adding value to our customers’ operations and reducing costs.

This person will report directly to Global Head of Customer Success. We are open to a remote employee that can travel to prospects and clients as necessary.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own Managed Cyber Risk Security customer relationship and overall journey.
  • Ensure customer engagements are delivered to industry-leading standards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and provide an interface between the customer and the risk operations team.
  • Establish clear success criteria with the customer and milestones towards delivery.
  • Work closely with the risk operations teams to ensure client expectations are understood and delivered for.
  • Develop cross-sell opportunities with our customers and serve as a liaison between different BlueVoyant business units. 
  • Facilitate and encourage feedback between customers and Product team on product expectations and customer needs.
  • Provide customer with guidance on industry best practices.
  • Engage with sales team to support business development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with customers across diverse industries and different technical levels.
  • Experience with third party cyber security technologies and risk management platforms, and industry knowledge.  
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently & in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer and industry needs and proactive in identifying solutions.
  • Familiarity with Client Success platform a plus.
  • Ability to establish milestones and work with colleagues to keep on task.
