POSITION: Data Analyst

Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will use data and analytics to support major projects and ongoing experimentation. Your insights will play a key role in guiding decision-making across Marketing, Retail Operations, and Merchandising.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and KPIs, and formulate hypotheses for statistical experiments
• Automate data pipelines using SQL and analyze data with Python
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, build analytics workflows on large datasets, and identify business opportunities
• Support key data and analytics projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in a STEM field with 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
• Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and hypothesis formulation
• Familiarity with advanced analytics methods and experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Knowledge of cloud environments and big data tools is a plus

Base Salary Range: $80-100K
