The Role

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of data and AI initiatives.
• Design and implement data solutions that support business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Provide expert guidance on data architecture, governance, and analytics.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Y our Skills

• Minimum 8 years' experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML delivery.
• Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms, data lakes, and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and interoperability standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.

• 17,000,000 yen - 20,000,000 yen
