Mandatory Experience：
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, with a focus on mid-senior level responsibilities for mission critical service.

- Technical Skills:
Proficient in Oracle database tuning and optimization.
Strong experience with ExaData ESS, GRID, and Oracle home version management.
Proven maintenance experience for ExaData environments.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle RAC and DataGuard.
Complex Problem-Solving skills in primarily Oracle databases.
- Personal Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Language Skills: Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English, facilitating smooth interactions with team members, stakeholders and vendors.

- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading database-related projects.
