Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior DevOps Engineer ready to grow into a leadership role or an early-career manager looking to take full ownership of a strategic, high-impact function.
In this role, you'll serve as the go-to technical lead for DevOps, Azure, D365, and application infrastructure, guiding team direction, mentoring others, and shaping IT strategy while remaining hands-on.
You'll be stepping into a lead role with the chance to drive meaningful change in a collaborative, on-site environment.

What You'll Do
Mentor, develop, and inspire a dedicated IT squad.
Champion career growth plans and performance check‐ins.
Enforce and evolve IT policies, practices, and documentation standards.
Partner with vendors and offshore/AMS delivery teams to guarantee 24/7 support coverage.
Build and manage budgets that align with service‐level goals and cost targets.
Review business requirements and translate them into actionable IT roadmaps.
Oversee application architecture, infrastructure, and security frameworks.
Lead environment strategy from dev/test to production ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and data integrity.
Dynamics 365 Security & Access: Define roles, permissions, and granular access controls.
Azure DevOps Suite: Leverage Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, and Artifacts for seamless ALM.
What You'll Bring
6-8 years in IT roles (leadership experience is a plus, not a must).
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent real‐world success.
Deep understanding of application architecture, hybrid environments, and performance tuning.
Hands‐on with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and D365 security configurations.
Natural collaborator who bridges gaps between technical teams and non‐technical stakeholders.
Proven project manager who tracks progress meets deadlines, and adapts to shifting priorities.

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for a bonus plan and comprehensive employee benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
