Manage and optimize social media accounts and online advertising campaigns across various platforms. 4. Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to execute digital marketing campaigns seamlessly. 8. Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement. 9. Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure their needs and goals are met. 10. Support the overall growth and development of the League team by contributing ideas, solutions, and expertise to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 8. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. 9. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they enhance digital marketing efforts. 10. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools. 11. Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
