The purpose of this position is to manage the planning, development, coordination, administration, and review of all day-to-day operational activities associated with the talent acquisition and employment functions of the College. The position will ensure that programs and activities are developed, managed, and reviewed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale .
Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related field required .
Seven (7) years of full-time experience in recruitment (at least T hree (3) years o f direct talent acquisition experience ) and a minimum of T h ree (3) years o f staff supervision/management required. Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
